It takes its inspiration from the underwater sea view of Silfra in Iceland, between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, which continue to drift further apart each year. Silfra remains the only place in the world where divers can explore the fissure between two continents – the water is filtered through lava over the course of 100 years, making it the clearest water in the world.
